Minha pesquisa se concentra nos processos de reescrita na obra de Marguerite Duras. Participo do grupo de pesquisa “Estudos sobre Samuel Beckett”.
Meus principais interesses de pesquisa são crítica genética, arquivos, prosa moderna, teoria do romance, literatura francesa, literatura escrita por mulheres e as relações entre literatura e cinema.
Publiquei o artigo “Susan Sontag em Paris: o novo romance francês contra a interpretação” na revista Criação & Crítica (USP), n. 45 (2026), dedicada à crítica de autoria feminina.

I am a Master’s student in the Department of Literary Theory and Comparative Literature at the University of São Paulo (FFLCH-USP), under the supervision of Prof. Fábio Rigatto de Souza Andrade. My research focuses on processes of rewriting in the work of Marguerite Duras. I am a member of the research group “Studies on Samuel Beckett”.
My research interests include genetic criticism, archives, modern prose, the theory of the novel, French literature, women’s literature, and literature and cinema.
I published the article “Susan Sontag in Paris: The French New Novel Against Interpretation” in Criação & Crítica (University of São Paulo), no. 45 (2026), a special issue on women’s authorship.
This article analyzes the role of the French literary avant-garde in the intellectual and aesthetic formation of Susan Sontag during the 1960s. Drawing on her diaries, the essays collected in Against Interpretation, and the novels The Benefactor and Death Kit, it investigates how her stay in Paris in 1958 and her subsequent engagement with the works of Alain Robbe-Grillet and Nathalie Sarraute were decisive in shaping her early essays. The article maps the tension between her fictional and essayistic output, examining her incorporation of techniques from the French New Novel and the formal proposals of the New Criticism. It argues that, however persistently Sontag sought recognition as a novelist, it was in her essay writing, used as a space for inquiry, that her work most effectively brought together criticism and creation.

Je suis étudiante en master au Département de théorie littéraire et de littérature comparée de l’Université de São Paulo (FFLCH-USP), sous la direction du professeur Fábio Rigatto de Souza Andrade. Mes recherches portent sur les processus de réécriture dans l’œuvre de Marguerite Duras. Je participe au groupe de recherche « Études sur Samuel Beckett ».

Cet article analyse le rôle de l’avant-garde littéraire française dans la formation intellectuelle et esthétique de Susan Sontag au cours des années 1960. À partir de la lecture de ses journaux intimes, des essais réunis dans Against Interpretation et des romans The Benefactor et Death Kit, il examine la manière dont son séjour à Paris en 1958 et sa découverte ultérieure des œuvres d’Alain Robbe-Grillet et de Nathalie Sarraute ont été déterminants dans la formulation de ses premiers essais. Il s’agit de mettre au jour la tension entre sa production fictionnelle et essayistique, en analysant l’intégration de procédés du Nouveau Roman français et des propositions formelles de la Nouvelle Critique. L’article montre que, bien que Sontag ait souvent cherché à être reconnue comme romancière, c’est dans l’essai, conçu comme un espace de recherche, que son œuvre a le mieux articulé critique et création.
